A modern dental lounge, changing how people feel at the dentist

I had to come back to this website just to leave a review — these people take care of you from the very first call! Honestly the best, and so lovely! Paul is the sweetest. I couldn’t talk much after my appointment (just being cautious not to strain my jaw), but I literally typed out a message in my notes because I had to tell them how thankful and grateful I was. That’s how amazing they are. Dr. Sharon was incredibly skilled and gentle throughout I felt completely at ease. I’m definitely coming back here for all my dental work. Love!

Please go and pay these guys a visit, especially if you are an anxious/nervous patient. I cannot express enough how comfortable you will be made to feel. Sharon and Paul have built something amazing here. They took the time to chat and understand my concerns, there was no pressure and everything was on my terms. They literally cured years of dental anxiety in the 40 minutes I was there. Their ethos is evident, that people deserve more than a cookie cutter approach and that there are always options and it is always your choice. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Going through a root canal treatment at the moment. This involves multiple visits to prep the tooth before filling and crowning. I'm not good with work being done in my mouth and have avoided dentists most of my life. Dr Sharon and Paul have made the experience very calming and honestly pretty enjoyable. Sharon is very professional and does a great job, and Paul is excellent keeping you distracted and calm. I look forward to hearing what Paul is up to with his Reno. There a great team and are very understanding of their clients needs. Going next week to get the tooth filled, and I'm not dreading it. That's impressive. Thanks team

Dr. Sharon and Paul are an absolute delight. So knowledgeable, careful, considerate and understanding. I have really bad dental anxiety and shame and they completely put me at ease from the second I stepped in the door. Both Sharon and Paul looked after me the entirety of my appointment and designed a comprehensive treatment plan before I even left. 10/10 cannot recommend highly enough. Their office space is so friendly, welcoming, clean and comforting. It felt like being at a spa. I would give more stars if I could! I can't express enough how incredibly positive my experience was, from the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and safe. The atmosphere was calm, Sharon and Paul went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable at every step of the process. As someone who has had dental anxiety, I was especially grateful that my fears were never brushed aside or downplayed. Instead, they were acknowledged and treated with the utmost respect, which made all the difference in the world. I never once felt rushed during my visit. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully, and it felt more like a conversation with friends who were genuinely listening to me rather than a dental appointment. It was the small touches taking time to explain things in a way that put me at ease, letting me ask questions and my concerns. I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received and will continue to choose renew dental for all my future dental needs. The most amazing dental experience. I called up with an emergency, and Dr Sharon came back to the office after she had gone home for the day just to help my sore tooth! I was treated with so much kindness and gentleness and was not made to feel silly for any anxiety I was experiencing. Will be back for sure for all my dental care needs.

Best dentist I’ve been to! Honestly I’ve been so happy with my experience at Renew Dental Lounge! Customer service is super important to me and clearly to the team at Renew Dental. From the moment you walk in you are met with super friendly and helpful service. I’ve been telling all my friends and family how amazing and easy they have made this process for me. As a bit of an anxious person they have gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and supported through any treatment. I cannot speak highly enough about this place. The first word that comes to mind after visiting the beautiful people at this practice is “kind”. I have had a fear of dentists for a very long time and plucked up the courage to make an impromptu visit to this surgery today. I am so glad I did. These beautiful people were just so nice …. Made me feel 100 percent at ease … were just so patient . So kind. I am truly grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone. X
